He also stressed that it is necessary to prevent Russia from winning the war in Ukraine, as this could lead to further aggression from the Russian regime.
The NATO Secretary General expressed his opinion on the importance of providing Ukraine with all the necessary support and investing in NATO’s military capabilities. He also noted the need to expand NATO’s industrial base, which will increase the supply of weapons to Ukraine and replenish the reserves of the Alliance member countries.
Stoltenberg also warned that the Russian authorities are preparing the country’s economy for a long war, and therefore called on NATO countries to take measures to strengthen their security.
