It is noted that these statements represent preliminary comments and not a final response. Israel intends to send a delegation to Cairo after receiving a final response, which will be transmitted to the Egyptians by the militants.
At the same time, Israel emphasizes that negative statements do not mean an automatic rejection of the agreement, but admits that Hamas’s response poses a difficulty for the political leadership.

Earlier, the United States expressed hope for the successful completion of negotiations between Israel and Hamas regarding achieving a truce in the Gaza Strip.
In addition, Kursor has already reported that after lengthy negotiations in Cairo with the Egyptian authorities regarding a new ceasefire proposal, representatives of the Hamas terrorist group decided to temporarily leave the negotiating table.
