The weather: today the warming will begin, heavy heat loads on Wednesday and Thursday

Today (Monday) will be bright, and the temperatures will rise mainly in the mountains and inland. In the afternoon, in preparation for the Seder night, northerly winds will strengthen along the coast. Tonight is expected to be clear to partly cloudy.

In the next 24 hours, 12-25 degrees are expected in Jerusalem, 15-24 degrees in Tel Aviv, 15-20 degrees in Haifa, and 13-29 degrees in Be’er Sheva.

Tomorrow there will be a significant increase in temperatures, and it will be hotter than usual for the season until Rabi in most of the country. On Wednesday and Thursday it will be even hotter, and heavy to extreme heat loads will prevail throughout the country.
