Palestinian Authority Chairman Abu Mazen met Russian President Vladimir Putin today at the BRICS conference in Russia and told him that the Palestinians “reject any action aimed at creating a division between the Gaza Strip and the West Bank.” Abu Mazen confirmed that he continues to fight for full membership of the autonomy in the UN, and complained about economic difficulties.
