The Israeli real estate market has returned to the level of activity seen before the outbreak of war on October 7. However, demand for second-hand apartments has fallen recently amid increased demand for new apartments, for which contractors often offer discounts. Private house with 6.5 rooms on Shlomo Zvi-Ran street with an area of 220 sq. m on a plot of 300 sq. m. m sold for 2.45 million shekels.
7-room villa with an area of 230 sq. m on a plot of 498 sq. m was sold for 2.55 million shekels.
IN Rehovot 4-room apartment with an area of 105 sq. m with an 11-meter balcony in a new house on Derech Yavne Street was rented for 7,000 shekels.
IN Ramle 5-room apartment with an area of 130 sq. m with a 20-meter balcony on Moshe Levi Street was sold for 2.51 million shekels.
IN Lode 2.5-room apartment with an area of 40 sq. m on David Baruch Street was sold for 1.21 million shekels.
3.5-room apartment with an area of 85 sq. m on Henrietta Szold Street was sold for 1.215 million shekels.
IN Rishon LeZion 3.5-room apartment with an area of 90 sq. m on KKL street was sold for 2.055 million shekels.
IN Holone 5-room apartment with an area of 105 sq. m with a 10-meter balcony on Shmuel HaNagid Street was sold for 2.63 million shekels.
IN Bath-Yame 3.5-room apartment with an area of 90 sq. m on Yoseftal Street was sold for 1.845 million shekels.
IN Rosh HaAin 5-room apartment with an area of 135 sq. m with a 14-meter balcony on HaNevia Street was sold for 2.4 million shekels.
