Rubio eulogizes Omer Neutra: ‘His life is a testament to the resolve of the Jewish people’

US Secretary of State Marco Rubio eulogized Omer Neutra, a US citizen whose body was returned to Israel from Hamas captivity last night.

“On October 7, 2023, Omer Neutra was murdered by Hamas. After 758 days in captivity, his remains finally returned home,” Rubio stated.

“Omer’s death is tragic, but his life is a testament to the resolve of the Jewish people. We will never forget his story, nor the ultimate sacrifice he paid for peace,” he added.
