Israeli restaurant in Berlin delays opening over protests against owner’s ties to Gaza aid fund




Tel Aviv restaurant Gila and Nancy, co-owned by Shahar Segal and celebrity chef Eyal Shani, was set to open its Berlin location on Friday. Activists gathered outside the eatery on Wednesday to protest Segal’s work for the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation, the organization behind aid sites in Gaza where hundreds of Palestinians have been killed in recent months
