Josef Shulinin-an entrepreneur, blogger, commander-manager, marathon and fighter of the Hashmonam brigade-expressed his opinion about today’s strikes, emphasizing that their effectiveness in the context of the liberation of hostages is in doubt.
According to him, voiced in his Telegram channel, the analysis of the situation can be represented thesis:
The expert notes that all citizens support the release of hostages-both those who go with posters on the tracks and those who are faced with traffic jams due to these ceilings. In his opinion, both sides equally understand the difficult conditions that contain hostages.
Shulinin is sure that road blocking and stopping the work of economic and social institutions do not accelerate the liberation of hostages and can only tighten the process.
He emphasizes that the internal pressure inside Israel creates external political pressure, which actually serves the goals of terrorists. Therefore, in his opinion, the protests involuntarily act on the hands of the enemy.
The expert believes that the more internal protests, the higher the requirements of the terrorists for the transaction, and even international intermediaries experience difficulties with discussing their conditions.
Shulinin advises that if the goal is to put pressure and attract attention, then it is more efficient to hold promotions in the capitals of Europe and the USA, where their voice will be heard, and not overlap the roads in Israel.
He emphasizes that locks only complicate the lives of ordinary workers, sweethearts and emergency services.
The expert considers it unacceptable to use portraits of hostages for political ambitions: not all families support protests, and it is painful for them to see their loved ones next to slogans and riots.
According to him, the symbolism in the form of a yellow tape behind the hostages was transformed into an opposition sign with amazing slogans and calls to overthrow power.
Shulinin recalls that Hamas himself indicated the cause of the beginning of the war on October 7, the internal disunity of Israel, which manifested in protests against the background of judicial reform.
The expert emphasizes that the internal shares are resetting a high price already paid by the people: the death of soldiers, wounded, efforts to liberate territories and hostages. Under international pressure, the IDF allocated troops, and terrorists return to the seized positions.
In his opinion, protests increase future costs for the state: the liberation of terrorists and the withdrawal of troops only stimulate new attacks and abductions.
Schulinin advises instead of blockade to support the widows of soldiers, the family of hostages, disabled people of war and women who remain alone with the children.
He emphasizes that only the unity of the people will overcome external enemies and return the hostages.
The cursor also reported that the survey showed how the Israelis relate to the folk strike.
