An unusual incident occurred on the flight of American Airlines, preparing to fly out of San Jose, Costa Rica. The passenger was removed from the plane after she came into conflict with the flight attendant. The woman shouted at the stewardess: “Close your mouth.” The event was recorded by a video that was published by one of the passengers, Jay Krenshow, who was sitting next to the participant in the conflict.
According to Krenshaw, the woman looked as if she was worried about a difficult morning. She was noticeably upset during a video call by phone. When the stewardess approached the safety briefing, the passenger made her a sharp remark. In response, the flight attendant sternly said: “You hear me. If you are not going to follow the instructions, you will not be able to stay on the flight. ”
Later, the stewardess announced that the pilot would be recommended to remove the passenger from the flight, as she refuses to comply with the rules. In the frames of the video shows how a woman gets up and leaves the plane. According to Krenshow, this happened “almost by her own will,” unaccompanied by the police or other crew members.
The observer noted that, despite the tension of the situation, the passenger left the plane calmly. “She was simply told to leave, and she came out,” he said.
