Israeli cybersecurity firm reaches deal with US giant over sharing technology, systems

Israeli cybersecurity firm Pantrra announced on Wednesday a deal with Recorded Future to integrate their technologies, with a demonstration expected at the Black Hat 2026 conference.

Recorded Future, one of the world’s largest threat intelligence companies, will allow Pantrra to use its platform to showcase its artificial intelligence system to validate threats in real time.

Called Continuous Threat Exposure Management (CTEM), it integrates Recorded Future’s capacity to detect threats with Pantrra’s system to validate them, offering a “single autonomous operational flow in alignment.”

The new system will be showcased on August 6 in Las Vegas, during Black Hat 2026’s panel on “Threat Intel Just Got Teeth: TLPT Goes Live.”

“This partnership connects threat intelligence and security validation in a way the market has been missing,” said Amitai Ratzon, CEO of Pantrra.

“Recorded Future customers already understand which threats are relevant to them. Pantrra turns that intelligence into proactive security validation testing, including a fast cycle of surgical remediation steps, leading to measurable risk reduction,” he added.

The integration of both systems aims to align current cybersecurity systems with global regulations, including the EU’s Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) and TIBER-EU.

The company explained that these frameworks emphasize validating defenses against real adversary behavior rather than abstract vulnerability lists.

“This integration with Pantrra unlocks the next level. Automated validation helps determine whether those threats are exploitable in a given environment. That’s the future of operationalized intelligence,” said Jamie Zajac, Chief Product Officer at Recorded Future.

“The companies will demonstrate how integrating live threat intelligence with automated validation helps organizations continuously test their defenses against the latest attacker activity,” read a company statement.
