Hezbollah is ramping up efforts to rebuild its forces, which could induce Israel to expand its operations against the group, senior Israeli military officials have warned. The development could trigger a broader escalation, but at this stage the military sees Hezbollah’s rebuilding efforts in southern Lebanon north of the Litani River only and not near the Israeli border.
