A reservist fell in the north of the Gaza Strip; The Senate approved the aid package for Israel in the first vote

The 201st day of the war: The IDF announced last night (Saturday) the death in battle in the northern Gaza Strip of Major General (ret.) Salem al-Kharishat, 42 years old, from Abu Rubiyeh. Al-Kharishat served as a tracker in the northern brigade of the Gaza Division.

The US Senate approved in the first vote a $26 billion aid package to Israel. The final approval is expected today.

Alarms were sounded yesterday (Tuesday) in Kiryat Shmona and in settlements in the Upper and Western Galilee. At noon, the air defense fighters intercepted two suspicious aerial targets over the “sea area” in the north of the country. Alerts for rocket and missile fire were activated in Nahariya, Acre and the Kiryat due to fear of falling interceptor fragments. Earlier, another suspicious aerial target was intercepted off the coast of Nahariya.

The shooting from southern Lebanon was carried out after the IDF eliminated two key terrorists in Hezbollah’s air defense system, Hossein Ali Azkol, a key terrorist in Hezbollah’s air defense system in southern Lebanon, using Air Force aircraft in the southern Lebanon area. And Mohammad Khalil Atiya, a key terrorist in the unit The air force of the Radwan force in Hezbollah.
