How to make delicious chocolate cupcakes in a cup in just 15 minutes

Everyone loves homemade baked goods, but often there is sorely not enough time to prepare them. The salvation in such a situation will be a simple recipe for a dessert in the microwave, which will delight you with an incredible chocolate aroma and taste.

The Shuba website writes about this.

It only takes 15 minutes to prepare and enjoy these chocolate coffee cupcakes in a cup. This perfect dessert is suitable for breakfast or as a sweet snack when guests arrive.

What is especially valuable about this recipe is its simplicity: you don’t even need a scale, just a regular measuring spoon.

So, for cooking, prepare the following ingredients:

Wheat flour – 100 g Cocoa powder – 30 g Instant coffee – 10 g Sugar – 40 g Milk – 50 ml Chicken egg – 1 pc. Butter – 50 g Vanilla sugar – 5 g Baking powder – 5 g Powdered sugar – 10 g

Easy cooking method:

Start by sifting the flour, adding cocoa, instant coffee, vanilla sugar, baking powder and melted butter (reserve 10g for greasing the cups). Then beat the egg with sugar until light foam forms and add it to the dough along with the milk. Stir until smooth – the dough should resemble thick sour cream. Grease two 150 ml cups with oil and fill 2/3 full with dough. Bake in the microwave for 2-3 minutes at maximum power. You can check the readiness of the cupcakes with a toothpick – it should come out dry from the dough. Finally, dust the chocolate coffee cupcakes with powdered sugar. Enjoy!
