Relief in Britain: after two months of intense rumors about the “catastrophic condition” of the Princess of Wales, Kensington Palace published on Sunday, March 10, the first official photograph of Kate.

In the photo taken by Prince William for Mother’s Day (celebrated in the UK on March 10), Kate sits in a chair surrounded by her children, Princes George, Louis and Princess Charlotte.

“Thank you for your congratulations and support in recent months. I wish you all a joyful Mother’s Day,” the Princess of Wales succinctly congratulated the British people, signing the congratulation with the English letter “C” (Catherine is her full name).

Contrary to rumors: Kate is smiling

This is the first official clear photograph of Prince William’s wife since the abdominal surgery she underwent about two months ago. A few days earlier, on March 5, a paparazzi photograph circulated around the world, allegedly depicting Kate driving in a car with her mother near Windsor Castle. The photo was blurry, and the princess herself was wearing dark glasses, which only contributed to the spread of rumors that members of the royal family were “hiding something from the nation.”

As Vesti reported, for almost two months after the operation on January 17, no one saw or heard anything about the Princess of Wales. She did not appear in public and was not photographed. In the Internet began to spread a wide variety of rumors, for example, that Prince William “left her for his mistress” and “imprisoned her in a tower.” Or that Kate is in a coma. There were also those who assumed the worst, believing that Middleton could have died, and the Liles in the palace were waiting for the right opportunity to report this. This is why her appearance in public was so important to reassure the British.
